Emergency Policy: Voicemail is monitored after hours and throughout weekends and holidays. Although most trouble calls can be responded to in less than 24 hrs, in certain situations we may need up to 72 hrs for a physical response.

Meet the Owner of PAC Wastewater Systems, Inc.
Pat Chasteen started as a maintenance service technician in 1997 with Aero Valley Construction. He gained experience maintaining systems as well as working with the install crew as time permitted. In 2003 Pat obtained his Class II OSSF Installer and OSSF Maintenance Provider licenses from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. He then purchased the maintenance division of Aero Valley Construction. His knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair of Clearstream Aerobic Systems make him a valuable asset in all issues no matter how simple or complex. Personalized service, care and respect for his customers and their property ensure the satisfaction of his customer base. He still serves most of the customers he had in 1997 when he first began.
