Hours of Operation

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Emergency Policy: Voicemail is monitored after hours and throughout weekends and holidays. Although most trouble calls can be responded to in less than 24 hrs, in certain situations we may need up to 72 hrs for a physical response.

For the Clearstream System to function at optimum performance levels, the system will require periodic service. The normally expected service that is associated with the system includes:

Repair or replace aerator_______________2 to 10 years
Clean filters on aerator_________________6 months to 2 years
Break up scum in clarifier_______________6 months to 2 years
Pump sludge from aeration tank________2 to 5 years
Pump sludge from trash trap____________2 to 5 years
Check aeration diffuser_________________Annually
Check Surge Control Weir_______________6 months
